The Interior Decor Center is located in Altamonte Springs, Florida adjacent to interstate 4. It’s an existing mixed-use building with a tenant mix that includes office, furniture showrooms and retail space. Both a north and south addition are proposed. The added $6Million, 50,000 sq. ft. addition includes walk-in showrooms, office space, a connecting bridge and structured parking. The Interstate view provides a high level of visibility and potential advertisement of the building. The interstate elevation will incorporate a sunscreen with an imprinted image to take full advantage of the visibility and draw attention to the building from the thousands of passing cars, as well as function as a sun shade from the east sun.
