For more than 25 years, Bob Heilman has been providing architectural services throughout Florida and the Caribbean.

We are a service based industry and clients reach out to use for our ideas and talent in designing buildings. Our architectural philosophy operates within the understanding that we are working within the limits of budgets, codes and schedules. Heilman Architecture relies on creativity and a knowledge base of years of practical experience in providing quality design. Our goals are to grow with each of our projects and to expand our artistic experience in tandem with a practical and logical approach. We seek out each project’s historical references and context and pair our personal experience/history to develop a unique sense of place.

Environment

Heilman Architecture is committed to the efficient and environmentally compatible design of our projects.

We seek out opportunities for the most effective use of environmentally sensitive materials & systems that are site-specific to Florida & the Caribbean. The balance between initial cost and life-cycle cost payback is constantly monitored throughout the design process.

We strive to understand and respect the highly individualized needs, wants and expectations of our clients by establishing a mutually engaging environment. Our ability to effectively listen and learn from our clients, result is an architecture that responds to the needs of our clients and the specific building environment.

Bob Heilman

During Robert Heilman’s more than 30 years of architectural and design experience, he has worked with construction budgets from $1 to 40 million on behalf of projects including Corporate Office, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Leisure, Planning, Religious, Restaurants, Retail, and Tenant Improvements.

In addition to strong management and technical skills, Bob Heilman, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, focuses on creating strong design strategies that both engage and inform clients.
