We are working on a number of active projects that include a Chiropractic practice, Avatar/Solivita building remodel, a Park Avenue showroom and a Church Sanctuary.

The Rosen Medical Center ribbon cutting was today. The center is now open and treating patients. Harris Rosen and team presented the medical center to their associates in a warm light winter rain. Check out the images from the event! Check out Rosen Hotels NEWS

We are currently wrapping up the building design and construction documents for the new Twin Eagles Fitness Center” in Naples, Florida. The state-of-the-art fitness center will provide fitness services for an active adult community.

Construction has been completed on the addition to the Scan Design Retail Center. We removed the entire rear service area and replacing it with new “front” entries to the retail spaces on the first floor. The addition includes a cool new canopy with retail signage for each tenant. The remodel of the “Hospice Residence” building is open. Up to six patients will reside in the residence where they can receive interim care prior to entering the Hospice House where a higher level of end of life care is required. It is located on 2.5 acres of wooded property with patient and service access to the current campus amenities.

Belhaven University recently relocated from Maitland to South Orlando. We worked closely with the administration to remodel an existing interior to accommodate the Business College. Their new space is awesome and is very accessible for students throughout Central Florida. Check out Belhaven University

We have completed work on the Orlando Sleep Disorder Clinic’s new office in Baldwin Park, Orlando, Florida. It was a pleasure to work with a such a wonderful group while teaming with Jim Macon Building Contractor’s. we have a successful history teaming with Jim.
