We are working with a group of investors in Orlando on the design of a 30 million dollar mixed use development. The design fits into the neighborhood and is geared toward urban living in a pedestrian oriented community. The development is within walking distance or a short commute to all of the city amenities. The project is scheduled to move forward in 2022.
