The UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management is a remote campus with a distinct character. The 2 story academic and administrative building is design to fit the character of the college context while reflecting the progressive academic goals of the university on the interior. The building includes a demonstration kitchen, large assembly spaces, academic classrooms and faculty offices.
