Heilman Architecture has begun planning and design on the remodel of the Scan Design building. We are removing the entire rear service area and replacing it with new “front” entries to the retail spaces on the first floor. We plan on adding a cool new canopy with retail signage for each tenant. Check out Scan Design

Design fees are the number one subject in discussing design services these days. Fees have become so important that the true value of our design skills have been overshadowed. We developed our reputation on providing a high level of customer services resulting in accurate, skillful, creative design solutions and pride ourselves on providing thorough coordination.

This shift in focus has not diverted our attention from design. To accommodate the new market model, we have refined our project delivery system. We accomplished this by streamlining communication and coordination with electronic technologies. We embrace economical design solutions, and clarifying client design goals early in the process to develop an economical and efficient process and project fees.

Belhaven University recently relocated from Maitland to South Orlando. We worked closely with the administration to remodel an existing interior to accommodate the Business College. Their new space is awesome and is very accessible for students throughout Central Florida. Check out Belhaven University

We have completed the master plan and the multipurpose building design for the new campus of the Victory Deliverance Center in Sanford, Florida. The phase 1 plan includes the multipurpose building, parking and ball courts. Worship, Administrative, fellowship and student activities are included in the project program.
